    8.1 We understand the value of your personal information and therefore will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, misuse or unauthorised alteration, access or disclosure.     iii) these terms and conditions,- shall be referred to arbitration in terms of the expedited rules of the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa and such arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in East London in English.

    14.2 The arbitration ruling shall be final and the unsuccessful party shall pay the costs of the successful party on a scale as between attorney and own client.

    21.5 electronic signatures, encryption and/or authentication are not required for valid electronic communications between users and Oyisa United Debt Specialists (OUDS); and

    21.6 users agrees and warrants that data messages that are sent to Oyisa United Debt Specialists (OUDS) from a computer, IP address or mobile device normally used by or owned by users, were sent and/or authorised by users personally.

  22. Applicable law, jurisdiction and dispute resolution
